First Degree Murder: Charges arose from the beating of a victim who later died in the hospital. It was established during the trial that medical malpractice contributed to the death. Our client was found guilty of the lesser offense of Involuntary Manslaughter
First Degree Murder, Home Invasion and Residential Burglary: Our client, who was facing the death penalty, was acquitted of murder after a 15 day trial.
Aggravated DUI: Our client was charged after being involved in an automobile accident in which two people died. After a trial, our client was acquitted.
