DANIEL J. CAIN a former Marine, earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in 1972. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Chicago-Kent School of Law in 1975. He is admitted to practice in both Illinois and Florida, as well as the Federal Bar (including trial practice) for the Northern District of Illinois. His employment history began as an Assistant State's Attorney for Winnebago County (1976-1978), as an associate working for Patrick Sreenan (1978-1983), and as a partner in the firm of Sreenan & Cain, P.C. (1983-present). Mr. Cain's reputation for hard work and successful representation of clients in both State and Federal courts is well known. He has tried jury cases in Federal and State courts continuously throughout his career. His primary focus of practice is Criminal Defense and Personal Injury. Dan Cain is certified to handle Illinois capital cases.
